1.Tap On Karate Chop While You:
Say your statement 3 times while continually tapping on karate chop point. Example: "Even though I ___ (feel stuck etc) __, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
2. Then tap 5-7x on ea point as you cycle through the points, honestly stating how you feel.

Eyebrow
Side of Eye
Under Eye
Under Nose
Chin
Collarbone
Under Arm (4 Inches Under Armpit)
You can also add Karate Chop point in the cycle or tap it by itself anytime to help reduce stress.
